          網友eachouchen對AIT展覽的觀察●eachouchen∕雲程譯 【Comment】 這是網友eachouchen對「美國人在台灣的足跡」展覽系列文章的回應，有參考價值，故予以翻譯介紹。 同樣的，過去層在桃園機場接客時碰巧看過穿便服的「鍋蓋頭」，知道eachouchen大大此部份所言不虛。 至於其所言美國軍機來來去去的部份，未隨附證據，尚待觀察（另，有部分朋友傳說F-22來來去去CCK，一樣觀察與保留）。但在整體文章布局上有整體性的價值，故予以存真並翻譯。 題目是本人所加。 網友eachouchen對AIT展覽的觀察●eachouchen∕雲程譯 從A 設計裝潢IT台北處長司徒文的演講可知，他持續強調台灣與美國有堅強的關係，但他卻對美國和ROC的關係未予以置評。演講最後，他介紹「總統馬英九」，但馬是哪一國的總統呢？司徒文從未說是台灣或是ROC。他想暗示什麼？ 即使馬在演說中試圖告訴美國，開羅宣言宣示了台灣已經回歸ROC，但馬只能以開羅宣言來回應司徒文的聲明嗎？ 從此事可知，美國似乎正毫無躊躇的強力收回台灣，但馬則是正試圖以柔弱的語詞反擊。這又顯示，美國與台灣的關係會 帛琉維持很久很久，卻不是和ROC的關係。在未來，台灣的政治中心將在內湖，而不事現在的總統府。 很多年了，美國軍事人員從未離開台灣，只不過換上便服而已。美國軍機時常飛進飛出台灣，卻從未讓台灣民眾看見。2009年的莫拉克颱風，對美國軍機公開在台灣人民眼前出現事非常重要的時刻。這是從1980年以來，美國軍機正式降落台灣的關鍵點。從那時起，有太多美國軍機降落台灣。這就是為何馬與PRC從此那樣緊張的原因。 似乎，美國認為ROC只是小不點，隨時可以從世界地 房屋出租圖中擦掉，但馬與其核心試圖眼一齣奧戲，彰顯自己的權力。從一開始，馬即從美中矛盾中上下其手，但卻不知道他其實是在玩火。馬與其核心押寶中國，以便改變台灣的現狀。在美國的眼中，馬與其核心不應且不能反弒老大哥，但事實上馬與其核心卻不斷這樣做，甚至於毫不掩飾其連結PRC的強烈意圖。這一切自然不可能為美國所接受。在美國眼中，馬與其核心是背叛者。假使不是因為台灣與中國在地理上這樣接近，馬與其核心應早被送到關達納摩去拘留了。 美國已經學會如何使用「巧權力」，而?酒店經紀ㄛO使用其優勢武力在東亞區域掀起戰火。這可能是因為美國政府已經訓練許多東亞裔的美國人，並整合其特殊的文化背景以便進行資訊收集、分析以及戰略方法，所以美國能筆我們所想像的更有耐心去布局。而這套作法至今還滿成功的。這作法，對台灣好，對東亞國家也好。 From this speech by AIT Taipei Office Director William Stanton, he keeps emphasizing on Taiwan strongly related to USA, but never mentions any words the US related to ROC. In the final, he introduce President Ma, but Ma 借貸 is the President of which country. Mr. Stanton never says. Taiwan or ROC? What does he try to imply? Even Ma's speech tries to tell the US that Cairo Declaration declared the Taiwan to have been restored to ROC, is Cairo Declaration all Ma has to rebut to the statement of Mr. Stanton? From this incident, it seems that the US is in very strong position to retake over Taiwan without doubt, but Ma is trying to fight back with in very soft words. It also tells us that the rel 租屋ationship between the US and Taiwan will last very long time, but not with ROC. In the future, the political center of Taiwan shall be in Nei-hu instead of current President Office in Taipei. For many years, the US military personnels never leave Taiwan, but only wears street clothes. The US military airplanes are flying in and out Taiwan all the time, but not in front of the people of Taiwan. Typhoon Morakot in 2009 is one very important time for the US military airplanes flying openly in front of 烤肉食材 the people of Taiwan. This is the most critical point for the US military airplanes officially landing on Taiwan since 1980. Since that time, there are countless US military airplanes to land on Taiwan. That is why Ma and PRC were so nervous since then. It seems to the US that ROC is just one small pawn that can be erased from the world map any time, but Ma and his gangs are trying to play dirty game to show their power. From the beginning, Ma is trying to take advantage from the contradiction between PRC and USA, but 房屋二胎 does not know he is playing fire. The US has learned how to use smart power, instead of trying to use extreme force to fight in the East Asia. It may be because the US Government has trained many east Asian American to integrate their special culture background with modern data collection, analysis, and strategy method that makes the US has more patient to work one project longer than we think and seems to work pretty well now.
